Crystal Healing :
Basically crystal healing is a healing method through which we can heal and balance our chakra energy or we can say that they heal and clear our energy blockage.The earliest records of crystal healing have been found in Ancient Egypt, India,China and the Ayurvedic records of India and Chinese medicine also claim healing with the use of crystals.. Crystals are found in all shapes, sizes, colours and composition. Each crystal has a unique vibrational resonance. They own their unique qualities to their mineral content, their inherent geometry and the colour frequency they emit.Crystals have been found to carry vibration that activates certain energy centers within our electromagnetic system, thus having a positive effect on our entire body systems.
Chakras in Human body are the energy center through which cosmic energy flows.There are mainly 7 chakra in human body and crytals are used to heal and balance them.Any blockage in our chakra system can affect human body in three ways 1.physical 2.Mental 3.Spiritual.
For healing and balancing chakra we have to put perticular crystal associated with that chakra on the chakra point.Each chakra has a colour and if crystals of the same colour are placed on the associated center, it affects that area of the body. When crystals are placed at corresponding chakra point, they cleanse and energise the chakra.

Purpose of crystal healing is to clean and balance our chakra energy .. This helps to release impending blockages, refining the flow of energy.
