In
today’s corporate culture some of well known and wrong practices have been in
usage by various people and as a victim of their practice a large no. of good
people has been deprived from their share of reward for their vary own work.
Problem: Pragya an HR executive has
been working hard for the new segment of recruitment for over 3 months and
these new people are to take over a new division of company and the success of
the new division depends very much on the right people’s selection and work of
pragya. But after doing the complete work right from calling till final joining
pragya was the one who took all the pain. But all the credit was eaten by his
BOSS and he even got a raise in perks & pragya gets only “GOOD WORK” tag by the head of HR dept.
Now these kinds of
things are not new to corporate culture and even found in almost every work
place. Now a day there is new breed of people who simple survive on other’s
work. And to even surprise that these victimized people are taking it as their
fate and allowing themselves to be victimized even more. These kinds of
practices are not good for the person who has been victimized and also for the
company as these good and victim people make there secret plan to leave the
